The 26th Annual Ballyconneely Pony Show takes place between Saturday 16th July (12-5:30pm) and Sunday, July 17th (10-6pm), 2022 in Ballyconneely Village, just 15 minutes drive from Clifden Town in the direction of Roundstone. Ballyconneely Village is located in a beautiful part of Connemara, on the glorious Slyne Head peninsula, and is surrounded by beaches.
The Show’s many attractions make it a great day out for all the family. The event is one of the largest in the area, attracting many breeders, and ponies as the area is renowned for its breeding of the celebrated Connemara Pony. The show is a a great opportunity for those wishing to buy a pony, and many are sold on the day. With the added attractions of a dog show, a craft show and even a bonny baby competition, there is much on offer, not just for pony lovers.
